At Tals Studio in New York City, our couple maternity photography sessions are designed to celebrate that shared journey — the anticipation, the love, and the bond that grows stronger every day.
We’ve photographed hundreds of maternity sessions over the years, and no two have ever been alike. Each couple brings their own story, emotions, and dynamic. A Relaxed, Professional Experience
Our 1-hour maternity session ($299) provides enough time for couples to ease into the process. We begin with natural, candid moments — the way you hold hands, share a quiet laugh, or look at each other when you think no one’s watching. From there, we move into guided poses that complement your comfort and showcase your connection.
The studio is fully equipped with professional lighting, fabric drapes, and wardrobe options, though many couples bring pieces that hold sentimental value — a favorite dress, a partner’s shirt, or fabrics in soft tones that reflect your style. We encourage both parents to be involved throughout the shoot.
Expert Guidance, Authentic Emotion
Photographer Zion Yoni Levy uses years of studio experience to help couples find their natural rhythm in front of the camera. His approach focuses on gentle direction rather than stiff posing — small cues that help bring out authentic emotion. Over the course of the session, you’ll see how a little movement, laughter, and interaction translate into powerful images.
With 120–200 photos captured per session and 10 final retouched images, you’ll have both high-resolution prints and low-resolution copies optimized for online sharing. Every session includes unlimited poses and background changes, so your gallery truly reflects your story.

You’ll receive an online proofing gallery to select your favorite images, and we provide full usage rights — so your photos are entirely yours to keep, print, and share however you wish.
